10 Ways to Make the Most of your FSM Treatment Sessions

You've invested in your health and you understand it's multifactorial: How can you get the absolute most out of your FSM sessions?

Here's a quick overview of 10 recommendations that will supercharge your FSM sessions.

We have more “non-native,” unnatural inputs than ever, with 3G, 4G, 5G, the impending rollout of 6G, SmartMeters, Smart Houses, Alexa, Wifi, bluetooth, SmartCars, cell towers on every hospital, school, fire & police station, HAARP technologies experimenting without long-range concerns, satellites beaming frequencies up and down at us all day long, VELF frequencies generated long ago and daily that cannot escape the Earth’s ionosphere (read “The Invisible Rainbow” by Authur Furstenberg if you’re curious to learn more) – The more you can mitigate the things you do have control over, the less exposures you’ll be subject to, and the healthier your cells will be. Our mitochondrial function depends on light and frequencies, and there are many things we can do to support our health in a world bombarded by EMFs.


⚡GET DAILY AM, MIDDAY & EVE☀️SUNLIGHT EXPOSURE

DAILY morning sunlight exposure (even if it’s cloudy) directly on your eyes at sunrise and skin (expose as much of the skin as possible) for at least 10 minutes, ideally 30-60 minutes every morning early as you can. Infrared / red light therapy is also recommended. 10-30 minutes at midday on your lunch break, and 10-30 mins between 5-6pm or as sun is setting.


⚡DAILY 👣GROUNDING 🌱 PRACTICE

DAILY time standing barefoot on the ground for at least 30 minutes. Combine this with your sunlight exposure If you can’t be barefoot (if it’s snowing in Colorado and you’re cold, build up cold thermogenesis tolerance), you can place your hands on a tree trunk. There are products like grounding sheets, mats, pillowcases (best if it plugs direct into the ground rather than an electrical outlet) that you can stand, sit, and sleep on for more grounding. ⚡SLEEP ON A WOODEN🛏️ BEDFRAME + MAGNETICO PAD

Change your bed frame so it’s all wooden; no metal and position a Magnetico Sleep Pad between your mattress & box spring or between the wood slats and your mattress to optimize your magnetic field while asleep – even better than using grounding sheets or a grounding pad.


⚡FOCUSED LIFE 🫧FORCE ENERGY (FLFE)

It is definitely worth the free 15 day trial (they do not require a credit card, no obligation to see what you feel by turning on the free service for 15 days). They often conduct research studies which you can participate in and regardless of if you’re in the control group or treatment group, you receive free services at the end of the study. This is a simple, quantum effect EMF protection technology that you can assign to your cellphone or your home (or both). My patients (especially those with pain syndromes, mold toxicity, Lyme / coinfections, or multiple sensitivities) have reported significant improvements in their symptoms and sleep. I have FLFE on my main cellphone and always turned on at the clinic.


⚡OMNIA RADIATION BALANCER STICKERS

Stick these EMF neutralizing stickers to your phone, microwave, WiFi router, SmartMeter (better to pay to disconnect that one), computer, TV, or anything with an electromagnetic field to transmute the harmful EMFs into beneficial EMFs. I’ve tried a lot of different stickers and these are the most effective I’ve found so far. Patients agree. All of the phones I use in the clinic have an Omnia sticker.


⚡L-90 BIO-GEOMETRY STICKERS OR PENDANTS

This is a simple technology utilizing specialized geometries to neutralize harmful radiation. Most cost-effective is to get a pack of stickers and stick one to each EMF-emitting surface in your home. You can also find pendants to wear around your neck and other options. All of the phones and devices I use in clinic have a L-90 stickers affixed.


⚡SHIELDING🛡️FOR YOUR DEVICES & BODY

Shielding is another approach to mitigating EMF exposure. From shielding for your phone in the form of a phone case (SafeSleeve) – to using a canopy over your bed while asleep (keep your cellphone outside of the bedroom, turned OFF overnight) – to shielding your body with EMF clothing including underwear, hats, shirts, and more, there are many options. I use SafeSleeve for clinic phones. Please AVOID all bluetooth headphones, air pods, etc – as these are literally sending micro-waves directly through the brain – and opt for BlueTube or AirTube Headsets instead.


⚡ADD RED LIGHT

Infrared and red light can be added to your indoor spaces when you don’t have a way to be outdoors / exposed to natural light (light through windows removes the beneficial UV). One (low budget) way to supplement red and infrared is with an approved bulb or array. Use RESONANT for 10% off at checkout.


⚡ELIMINATE📱“NON-NATIVE”💻(MAN-MADE) EMF & LIGHT EXPOSURES

Blue light (from computers, TV, phone screens, and unfortunately almost all modern LED lightbulbs that are “eco friendly” but are completely lacking the beneficial spectra of red light) blocking in the afternoons using screen shielding, “night mode” and high quality blue light blocking glasses (we love RaOptics or any brand that is proven to block 400-500 nanometers – you get what you pay for – please note if your glasses are not tinted, they're not blocking the correct nanometers, regardless of claims). Change all of your light bulbs in your house back to incandescent lights. Turn OFF bluetooth; get wired devices instead of bluetooth devices. Some people opt to wire their home for ethernet and stop their WiFi services. Unplug the WiFi router from the wall at bedtime.


⚡WEAR NATURAL👚NON-SYNTHETIC MATERIALS

Avoid synthetic clothing like polyester, rayon, nylon, spandex (sorry, gotta say bye to yoga pants!), neoprene, acrylic, etc – these unnatural materials effectively steal your body’s electrons and can actually leave you feeling more depleted and disconnected. Opt for organic cotton, real (not synthetic!) silk, and wool materials for your clothing (some fave brands are Pact, Ibex – many others). Grounding shoes are a thing: you can get grounded by wearing anything with genuine leather soles (no rubber, which is an insulator and keeps you detached from the earth’s natural electromagnetic field) or search for grounding shoes. Barefoot is best whenever safe / possible.


⚡CULTIVATE🐶JOY 🐱

One of the most revolutionary ways to build electrons is to cultivate a joyful state. Heal the trauma. Spend time in nature, breathe deeply, bathe in the sunshine, practice meditation and yoga, love on your pet (your pet can donate electrons to you because they’re barefoot all day long!) … cultivate joy!
