Recommended Read: Charged by Dr Gerald Pollack

⚡️RECOMMENDED READ:

Dr Pollack's new book, Charged, suggests that water and charge—not just chemistry—drive how our tissues organize, communicate, and repair, offering a First Order Principle lens for why targeted microcurrents in FSM can and do nudge the body back into coherence.

Let's connect Pollack’s fourth-phase water and cellular charge dynamics to Frequency Specific Microcurrent, so you can see how the outcomes in clinic may actually have a clear, elegant biophysical explanation.

SEEKING UNDERSTANDING 🔬

The hypothetical basic science behind FSM has been suggested but not validated in a rigorous way.

But what if we consider that the ways FSM works are just not yet clearly defined in the literature (for example, reading Charged by Dr. Pollack opens up an entirely new paradigm for

Understanding natural forces driving life!)? Or what if we just haven't made the right connections or looked through the right lens that would offer simple, correct first-order principles that easily answer our questions?

Are there quantum effects? Is it about the exclusion zone that is created by infrared light and heat? If so, why don't micro currents produce heat? Have you treated certain patients where microcurrent does appear to create heat in a localized tissue (I certainly have, but it's not everybody, in fact it is far from typical)? Is it all about cell signaling? How significant a role does "the Stable State" as we call it, play? What happens when a patient has low mitochondrial function and we increase the demand on the ATP? Is that even what we're doing? There are undoubtedly bioelectric effects, but how great a role do these bioelectric effects play? Have you encountered the Resonance Recognition Model? This may pose a verifiable explanation of frequency-specific therapies. How can we test it?

What if the answer to "What is the scientific basis of FSM and how does it actually work?" lies in between all of these proposed models,

Or somehow demands that we weave a new, integrative model together that encompass both / and all of the above?

Future posts here on the blog, and upcoming episodes of Bridging Frequencies aim to explore these questions. Hope you'll stick around and add your voice to the conversation.
