RESONANT YOGA ::: Therapeutic Yoga with Dr. Jessie Combining Heart-Centered Postures with Vibrational Healing and Meditative Practices to Bring you into :::Resonance::: with your Highest Potential
WHAT IS RESONANT YOGA?
Everything manifests from frequency and vibration, including our bodies, our breath, our movements and our thoughts. Tune into your innate wholeness with practices that help you feel embodied, dissolve disharmonies, and bring your mind, heart and spirit into Resonance.
Resonant Yoga is led by Jessie Tierney, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with extensive training in Frequency Medicine (including Frequency Specific Microcurrent, HeartMathâ„¢, Animal Frequency Balancingâ„¢, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy, and more) woven into over 15 years of experience teaching yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
WHEN & WHERE IS THE CLASS TAKING PLACE?
Resonant Yoga classes are ongoing, guided by Dr. Jessie every Tuesday evening from 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm at Una Vida Meditation & Movement Studio in Niwot (just across the lot from the Niwot Market). Arrive 10 minutes early to settle into the space. Your first class at Una Vida is free.
ABOUT THE CLASS
Yoga was the original empirical model - long before modern science came to be - providing experiential embodiment practices that helped practitioners tap into their innate wisdom, harness their internal energy systems and reach their highest potential. So much of these practices are vibrational in nature, but that and many other elements became diluted and lost to us as time ticked on and as we began to integrate yoga into our Western culture. This class seeks to tap into the deeper wisdoms behind the postures, breathwork, mantras and meditation to help you find the inner wholeness that is waiting to be discovered within your own body.
Whether you are seeking physical healing, spiritual growth or something in between, this class utilizes yogic technologies including pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and asana (postures), integrated with the latest in our scientific understanding, guiding you to cultivate a harmonious relationship with your whole self—body, mind, heart, and spirit. You’ll also experience frequency modalities that can facilitate releasing of long-held blocks in the body and biofield.
No two classes are identical as they are catered to your unique needs. Show up as you are - all bodies are welcome. In these classes, you can count on gently guided anatomical precision, cultivating a light and joyful heart, and feeling nourished. Appropriate for all ranges of experience: come with a beginner's mind and ready to learn a deeper way of connecting with your Inner Self. We always sink into a long Savasana for a deep rest and reset at the end of class.
Dr. Jessie draws from her expertise in Frequency Medicine, vibrational therapeutics, HeartMathâ„¢ trainings, many years of passionate yoga practice and study as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and her years of experience living and teaching at a yoga ashram to curate a class that leaves participants feeling balanced physically, stabilized emotionally, and empowered to thrive in all walks of life.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Yoga first found Jessie in college when she was lost in the daily grind and seeking deeper meaning. Her first yoga experience was a Restorative Class in the basement of the Temple of Kriya Yoga to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and the slow sweet resonance of the Om Namah Shivaya mantra sung by her teacher. By the end of that class, she was transformed and vowed to bring the healing and self-actualization potential she experienced to as many people as she could through yogic practices. She became a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2010, lived at an ashram for two years teaching yoga, meditation and pranayama to visitors and guests, and has taught yoga in studios, on horseback, at retreat centers, in haylofts, basements, and the backcountry since that time.
Seeking a better way to support her many students presenting with physical limitations, she returned to school to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016 and now incorporates yogic principles into her integrative medical practice specializing in Frequency Medicine, HeartMathâ„¢ and Manual Therapies at The Healing Collective in Niwot, CO. She conducted her graduate research project, a randomized controlled trial on the effects of pranayama (breathing) on Chronic Low Back Pain (access those resources for free, here!). She has presented frequency medicine cases at medical conferences and co-authored a research paper on a form of manual therapy.
Jessie sees herself as a bridge: her passion is drawing from the ancient practices to weave into our modern understanding of the human energy system, bringing her clients into an embodiment of their innate wholeness. Classes are heart-centered, emphasize anatomical precision and are often accompanied by healing frequencies in the form of sound, vibration or PEMF.
