MORE ON HYDRATION:
Water is Life!
Water is essential for cellular function, healing, and also for your Frequency Specific Microcurrent & PEMF treatments to be effective, for both you and your pets. PEMF and FSM can be inherently a little dehydrating, so we strongly recommend making sure to consume more water than you normally do when you begin treatments with FSM, and make sure that your pet has access to high-quality, fresh water.
If you or your pet stays hydrated throughout the day, you will be safe to run protocols overnight. If you're a human, stop drinking at about 6 or 7pm so your sleep isn't interrupted by getting up to use the restroom. It is important to maintain good hydration throughout the day, not just chugging water prior to a treatment session. Some people find that setting an alarm to ding every 30 minutes on their phone as a water sipping + deep-breathing break is an effective reminder.
"80% of Americans are chronically dehydrated."
HUMANS: HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD I DRINK?
On average, adults should drink eight 8-oz glasses of water per day, but that does not take into account things like your gender, if you drink diuretics like soft drinks, coffee or tea, your exercise / activity levels, or if you receive an FSM treatment.
A more accurate calculation is to take your body weight in pounds and divide it by 2 = that is the bare minimum water in ounces you should drink daily, and you would add more for various factors. For example, someone who is 150lbs should be drinking 75oz of water (that's about 9 1/2 cups) every day.
"By the time you are feeling thirsty, you are already dehydrated."
WATER BEST PRACTICES
Drink 2-3 cups of water (not coffee!) immediately upon waking in the morning at least 30 minutes before eating, and stop drinking water 2-3 hours before bed.
Measure your water intake by drinking out of a glass ball jar or a water bottle that shows ounces so you can track them; use an app like MyFitnessPal or write down your daily intake.
Hydrate the most in between your meals (to avoid diluting your stomach acid and impairing digestion). It is OK to drink water with food if you are thirsty, but it does not count toward you daily hydration.
By the time you realize you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated.
If you drink a diuretic (coffee, tea, soft drinks, alcohol), you should add 1.5x the amount of the dehydrating beverage to your water intake. For example: if you drink a 16 oz latte, you should add 25 oz of water to your recommended daily intake.
Men should consume 125 oz/day and women should consume 90 oz/day (note that this recommendation includes the water contained in the food you eat).
Add 32 oz of water, sipped gradually, throughout the 2 hours prior to an FSM treatment.
Add 1-2 cups of water if you work out, if you consume coffee, tea, soft drinks or alcohol.

HOW CAN I OPTIMIZE HYDRATION FOR ME AND MY PET?
#1 NEW RECOMMENDATION: WAYBACK WATER
Quite possibly the most hydrating water on the planet, WayBack water uses advanced laser technology to program water so that it's nano-sized and ultra-absorbable by your cells. One $40 bottle of water lasts approximately 6 months. Please be sure to follow the "Ramp-Up Schedule" included in your shipment. You simply add a small amount of WayBack Water to your larger water container (glass is recommended) and dispense from there.
#2 AUSSIE SEA MINERALS
Sea Minerals are extracted directly from the deep, pristine waters in the ocean off the coast of Australia (important to note: these minerals are not synthesized in a lab). These sea minerals contain 74+ minerals (much more than a standard off the shelf electrolyte) also aid the body in many cellular functions, particularly those that promote intra-cellular uptake of water. This helps you not simply eliminate the water you drink but instead absorb the water directly into your cells.
20 drops per day are recommended for those working to increase their water intake so that you do not become hyponatremic (low in body electrolytes), and you can increase to 40 drops per day if you are still feeling dehydrated, up frequently at night to urinate, working out, or running protocols day and night.
#3 HYDRATING HOMEOPATHICS - HYDRATION COMPLEX
We also recommend a homeopathic approach to improving intra-cellular absorption of hydration. Our favorite product is Hydration Complex by DesBio. Hydration Complex is a homeopathic combination formula for the symptoms associated with fluid imbalances. This product is formulated for symptoms of dehydration; excessive thirst; lack of thirst; dry skin; bloating; headaches; stiffness in muscles and joints; mental sluggishness; dry mucous membranes including throat, mouth, sinuses, rectum, and vagina.
The standard dosage is 10 drops three times per day. It's also fine to put 30 drops into a large water bottle and sip throughout your day.
#4 CELLCORE CARBON TECHNOLOGY MINERALS
The third addition recommended for optimal cellular hydration comes from CellCore BioSciences. This product, CT-Minerals, adds a detoxifying component to essential minerals.
CT-Minerals is a capsule that provides minerals derived from humic and fulvic acids. Sourced from the soil and decomposed plant life, these naturally occurring minerals are typically easier for the body to digest, absorb, and utilize. This bioavailable formula supports cellular repair and immunity, nourishes tissues, promotes energy production, and enhances mental clarity. Fulvic acid may also increase nutrient absorption from food, which supports microbial diversity and a balanced gut microbiome.
One capsule twice daily is the recommended dosage. You can order directly from Cellcore, just use Provider Code Z5BTMjFb to create your account and order.
What is the best Water for Humans to Drink?
Natural Spring Water is hypothetically the best; however, it is challenging to determine if claims made by bottled water companies are actually true, and there are harms in drinking water stored in plastic: there have been studies showing medications, industrial toxins, and other pollutants in some of the most popular “spring water” companies’ bottled water.
Always avoid drinking water out of plastic bottles (even BPA-free plastics can leach chemicals into your water).
Instead, drink out of glass containers whenever possible (try a ball jar or purchase bottled water in a glass jar and reuse that). If glass is unavailable, stainless steel is the next best, but steel won't hold the charge of your frequency protocols. Bottom line: glass is best.
Brita and other off-the-shelf water filtration systems are not recommended as they are not effective.
The gold standard for an at-home water filtration system is a Water Distiller (you can have a system installed under your kitchen sink, for example).
However, in Distilled water, there are NO minerals present and drinking it can actually pull minerals from you or your pet's cells. If you use Distilled water, add 40 drops of Sea Minerals and 30 drops of Hydration Complex per day to your water.
