About
Yogis and the wisdom teachings have known for centuries that the breath is a powerful healer. During Dr. Jessie's time as a Doctoral Candidate in Physical Therapy School, her team conducted a randomized controlled trial (RCT) on the effects of the 3-part Dirgha Pranayama (it's simpler than it sounds!), a Yoga breathing technique, on Chronic Low Back Pain. The team found that just a twice weekly, 30 minute practice plus a splash of anatomy and yogic philosophy resulted in statistically significant improvements in the research participants' chronic low back pain, quality of life & disability status. Now you can work through the 8-week program at your own pace to experience the effects yourself through this online program.
